It was a cold morning, but we had a great turnout with 6 of us.  Happy New Year Everyone!

 

Warm-up:   High Knees, Butt Kickers, Arm Circles, Torso Twists,  Cotton Pickers,  Storm Toopers, Run to circle <5 half burpees at circle>

Workout was a 1 Minute Tabata (Work 50 secs + Rest 10 secs)

  1. Squat Jumps
  2. Push up / Dry docks alternating
  3. Rosalitas
  4. Tricep Dips
  5. Plank – Shoulder Touches

Run to circle <5 half burpees at circle>

  1. Alternating Reverse Lunge
  2. Inch worm – 4 Renegade Rows
  3. Hello Dolly
  4. Alternating forward Lunge
  5. Elbow plank with Knee dip

Run to circle <5 half burpees at circle>

  1. Sumo squats
  2. Plank Jacks
  3. Sit Ups
  4. Jumping Jacks
  5. Monkey Humpers

Run to circle <5 half burpees at circle>
