1 min-Legs up, shoulders off the ground, arms by your side and pulse with an inhale for 2 counts and exhale for 2 counts

1 min-1 knee bent, other straight, 2 count pulse and switch legs

1 min-1 leg in the air straight, other straight, 2 count pulse and switch legs

Ab blast

1 min frog crunches

1 min each side, up on arm, bottom leg bent, top leg straight, kick forward

1 min each side, up on arm, bottom leg bent, top leg straight, oblique crunch

1 min hip dips

5-minute core on the floor

1 min plank rock

1 min (30 sec each side) side plank hip ups

1 min walking feet plank

1 min (30 sec each side) side plank curls

1 min out-in plank

Legs

1 min lunge jumps

30 sec each leg side squat back squat

1 min each leg fire hydrants

30 sec each leg donkey kicks

30 sec each leg pulsing donkey kicks

30 sec each leg straight leg

30 sec each leg straight leg pulse

30 sec each leg hamstring curls

30 sec each leg rainbows

1 min hip bridge with clamshell
