Warm Up – Butt Kickers, WindMills, Arm Swirlls (not sure what they are called..but they are now called Arm Swirlls!), Run to overhang.

This morning we tried an escalator work out.  I looked through lots of old FIA Backblasts and found this and it looked fun!  Thank you to whoever did this!

Ran back to our cars and stretched!

We prayed for Warrior this morning.  She has some big decisions to make and I hope she felt all of us with her today!
