run to lower lot
Side shuffle, sprint diagonal, switch side shuffle, sprint diagonal to ladder exercise. Do one and run back to start spot to shuffle, sprint shuffle.
run a lap
start over with 10 burpees going up. Got to 50 uppercuts then ran back and circled up.
