Track Beat Down with Strength Stations

Static Butt Kickers, Static High Knees, Arm Circles, Indian Run

The Thang:
Each corner of the track was a station: Arms, Abs, Legs and Booty. When you got to the station you did 25 of the exercise listed for that lap. We ran 1 ¼ lap between each station. 4 laps listed, repeat if you went over 4 laps. We did exactly 4 stations in about 35 minutes.

Arms:
Bicep Curls
Tri KickBacks
Upright Rows
Bent fly

Legs:
Squats
Reverse Lunges
Wall Sit (25 IC count)
Curtsy Squats

Abs:
Bicycle
Leg Lifts
Crunch Frogs
Heels to Heaven

Booty:
Monkey Humpers
One leg bridges (25 each leg)
Fire Hydrant (25 each leg)
Donkey Kick (25 each leg)

 

This turned out to be more of a butt kicker than I thought! We were drenched when we were done. We finished with COT , sweaty hug and a challenge to set your intention for the day and to live it!
