We took our talents to the streets of SouthPark this morning.
After an almost 1 mile warm-up on Colony, we stopped at the corner of Rexford and Roxborough. We spent the next ~30 minutes running loops around the Rexford “track”. Full disclosure: All credit for the location and the format is due to F3’s SIB workout.

5 minutes on, 1 minute rest
4 minutes on, 1 minute rest
3 minutes on, 1 minute rest
2 minutes on (headed back down Colony), then take it back home to AG
Weather was hot and humid. The workout sounds simple, but man oh man, those are some long intervals. Looked like a strong effort by all the pax today. Welcome back to Savvy, who is running strong. And also to Pocahontas – I’m sure this workout was harder than anything she’s done in the last month. 😉 Props to NNS for dealing so gracefully with a common runner’s dilemma. Hope you made it home fast.
