We circled up at the crossroads by Wacky World and started in on a Tabata for the whole body. Tried out Amazon Music Tabata songs which called out the starts, stops, and rests to some great beats – we decided we work harder with good tunes! Goal was to do as many reps as possible per exercise and we pounded them out. 20 seconds on; 10 second rest for 4 rounds and repeated 3 times.
After the Tabata, we loaded up on Lt. Dans, tricep dips with leg extensions, step ups, decline Merkins, incline Merkins (Hermione dips too far down – don’t want to be next to her next time!), and then circled up for quick Q abs: oblique reaches, Russian Twists (did we really need that many, Queso?!), standing oblique twists, and side bends. Yogi brought her game and great attitude – so fun to get to know her!
COT: Listen to your body when it tells you something – rest, relax, move, etc. Tune in!
