To Burpees with Love…and some 4 Corners to boot

This backblast is a teeny tiny bit late but I remember this morning well. Hot and sweaty (especially sweaty) as we made our way around Southside for a little Thursday morning butt kicking.

Disclaimer and Warm-up

The Thang

4 Corners

Corner 1: 30 squats, 30 jump lunges, 60 reverse lunges, 30 monkey humpers

Corner 2: 30 push-ups, 30 dips, 60 shoulder taps, 30 grasshoppers

Corner 3: 30 LBCs, 30 bicycle crunches, 60 American hammers, 30 leg drops

Corner 4: 60 mountain climbers, 60 high kicks, 60 butt kicks, hold plank for 1 minute

THEN 30 burpees, then repeat (burpees included)

Abs dealers choice

We circled up and did 25 reps of an assortment of abs

Peter Parkers, Hello dollies, LBCs, reverse plank

Then hold plank for 1 minute

COT and that’s all she wrote!
