Partner Warm Up
Partner 1 is running 2 sprints to middle light
Partner 2 is doing High Knees until partner 1 is done
Second Round is same but with 1 sprint instead of 2
Time Ladder Work out
6 exercises for 45 seconds each
2. Steam Engines
3. Crab Toe Touches
4. Squat Jumps
5. Ski Burpees
6. Wall sit
Run a loop around the front then come back to mat. Rest for 30 seconds.
Repeat all 6 exercises for 1 minute each and then again for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
