A post challenge sure works to bring the PAX out! Seven lovely ladies joined me this morning for a circuit with all kinds of equipment. Pretty sure I brought everything I own!

Warm Up

Circuit – 45 seconds each, 15 second rest in between – Repeat 3 times

  1. Row (TRX)
  2. Jump Rope
  3. Kettle Bell Swings
  4. Jumping Jacks
  5. Squat Walk with Resistance Bands
  6. Ladder – In and Out Feet
  7. Overhead Press
  8. Jump Squats
  9. Woodchop (Medicine Ball)
  10. Skaters

We ended be burning out our abs:

  1. LBC
  2. Reverse Crunch
  3. Bicycles
  4. Flutter Kicks
  5. Ankle Biters
  6. Diamond Sit Ups

Finished up with Name-a-rama and COT with a prayer from The 411.
