WU: 30 seconds for each
TT: Partner up into 3’s: Person 1 stays at mat, Person 2 jogs to other end of track (across from Person 1), and Person 3 begins the run. Person 1 and Person 2 begin the exercise and Person 3 runs from Person 1 to Person 2 and swtiches out to where Person 3 does the exercise while Person 2 runs back to Person 1 and switches them out and the Person 1 runs to Person 3…etc etc. Basically, there are 2 stations of people working out and a runner.
