Went to bed last night knowing a forecast of “20 feels like 15 with wind” for this morning and was pleasantly surprised to have 29* register on my car thermostat at my AO. All layered up – way to go! – was peeling off as the circuit went on.
Warm Up with jumping jacks & jog in place as I pointed out the stations I created.
The Thang: 5 stations for a minute each. Four to five exercises to work through.
Station 1: Handled Band
Station 2: Punching Bag
Station 3: The Mat
Station 4: Cardio
Station 5: Balance Ball/Yoga Ball
My phone died at this point – thanks Chowda for having yours! We still had 5 minutes left so we added a potpourri of switch kicks (20), flutter kicks (30), skater lunges (40) and parker peters (60).
During our rounds, we decided that one minute is no longer enough time. Awesome! That means we have all improved and want to raise the bar and increase the challenge.
