This and That Summer Sweat!

Warm-UP: jog to pond

 

Decline Work Out:

Set 1 – 30 reps each of:

plank shoulder taps

squat jumps

from plank position swing left leg out reaching to right hand and alternating sides (we’ve done these before, i just have NO CLUE what they are called, sorry)

run a lap around pond

Set 2 – 20 reps each of the same 3 exercises

lap around pond

Set 3 – 10 reps each of the same

run to amphitheater

 

At amphitheater:

burpee with a box jump up each level

run down and repeat for 2 full rounds

 

Side Shuffle to front entrance of park and back for ABS:

50 LBC’s

40 spider mans

30 back scratchers

20 starfish sit ups

10 air humpers

Side Shuffle to front of entrance leading with opposite leg this time back for 2nd set of ABS:

50 LBC’s

40 back scratchers

30 spider mans

20 starfish sit ups

10 air humpers

Run to front of entrance and back for last set of abs that we had to cut short for time:

TRAIN = 5 burpees

50 LBC’s

40 back scrathers

30 air humpers

 

AND DONE!!!!

Great work…I have missed you ladies this summer but also have enjoyed my summer vacation and sleeping in!

Hopefully, I’ll finish the summer off strong and see you again next time!
