Thelma preblast- beginner track workout!

It is a new year and temps have warmed up.  If you have ever thought about trying track, tomorrow is the day.  It will be a simple, on track workout and you can work at your own pace.  Make it as easy or as challenging as you are up for.  If you have a goal of increasing your pace on regular runs or in a race, track is the place to do it.  Last week’s workout was more speed and endurance combined, this week will focus on speed, but again, at your own pace.  Come join us!!  It goes by so quickly- I promise!  🙂
