We are bringing it back to the track tomorrow. We have been taking a lot of field trips, so tomorrow, we are going to just do some good old fashioned speed work. It is so good for us! That the mantra we will use. ;). The sets are 600-400-600 with a 200 recovery in between each and a 400 recovery lap after each set.
