The Weary Traveler – Hickory BB

After being on vacation for the past 10 days, I was tempted to ask for a sub-Q for Wednesday morning…between airports, car rides, and 15 hours of travel on Tuesday I knew I didn’t have the time or energy to come up with a new FiA workout. Thankfully, I had kept my notes from the last workout I Q’d, so we did a repeat of the 6/27/18 SALT Block workout.

My mind and body were still  2 time-zones behind when the alarm went off (and during most of the workout – haha), but we got it done!

Warm-Up:

10 Cherry Pickers

10 Toy Soldiers

Arm Circles, forward then backward

 

The Thang:

Run 1 lap around SALT Block (0.56 mi/lap)

Burpees x10

Run 1 lap around SALT Block

Jumping Lunges x10 ea side

Run 1 lap around SALT Block

Imperial Walkers x10 ea side

Run 1 lap around SALT Block

Sumo Squats x20 (with weights, if desired)

Then we got down on mats/towels to do some Ab work intervals…30 sec work/5 sec rest of the following:

Leg Lifts

Side Plank Crunch – Right side

Side Plank Crunch – Left side

Toe Touches

Brooke Burkes

Bicycles

Seated Scissors

Reverse Crunches

Windshield Wipers

Plank
