The Skiff

I haven’t seen Skiff for awhile but I love her workouts – so I tried to model this one after her 🙂

 

warmup : Indian run along bike path from regular parking area to top parking lot near baseball stadium

The Thang:

There are 6 light poles spaced along the entire length of this lot ( ~ 200 meters).

We started by running to the closest light pole, doing 5 burpees and 5 squat jumps, then running back to the start and doing one sundial.

Next we ran from the starting point to the second light pole, did 5 burpees (with two push-ups per burpee), 5 jump squats, then ran back to the starting point and did one sundial

We repeated this pattern increasing the number of push-ups per burpee at each pole until we got through all 6.  Then we ran back to the normal parking area and did PAX choice abs – everybody called out one exercise and we did 30 repeats of each.
