We were glad the rain held off during our workout this morning!
After some stretching we did sets of 50 jumping jacks, butt kickers, mountain climbers, and high knees. Then we did 15 pushups, 25 squats, 25 each leg “standing donkey kicks”, 25 calf raises, and 25 wide squats. We did 25 crunches, 25 each side oblique crunches, 25 each knee bicycles, 25 “in and outs”, and 25 each side russian twists.
After repeating all of that a second time we did 2 sets of 30 second reverse planks and 2 sets of 30 second regular planks. In our circle of trust we named our FNG and went out to conquer our Tuesday!
