Ab stretches, toy soldiers, swinging gates
We did two sets of these exercises, at 30 seconds/rep. Each rep was followed by either a push up or a Pineapple Special.
Cross body toe touch (toy soldiers)
Alternating sumo crunch (kidney punches while in a sumo squat)
Step back front kick
Chair pose twist
Bridge hold (two feet)
Bridge pulse (one foot)
No push ups after these exercises, and we only got through one set. 30sec/rep
Sumo heel taps
Sumo squat kicks
Cool down! CoT for today: Stop being afraid fo what could go wrong, and start being excited of what could go right. Extremely relevant right now, since it looks like my family unit will be relocating in the next 6 weeks. Sad to be leaving, especially since you ladies have been my rock for the last year.
