FiA Fort Mill Event-
The Fox and the Hound
Saturday, February 3rd at 6 A.M.
Start: Tega Cay Elementary School
Finish: Walter Elisha Park

FiA Fort Mill would like to invite all ladies to participate in our first annual Fox and Hound event. This endeavor will allow participants to run/walk/ruck and complete boot camp elements as they travel through Fort Mill. The event will start at Tega Cay Elementary School and conclude at Walter Elisha Park.
We will warm up as a group and then run to Front Street (in Baxter Village). Upon arrival, ladies will complete a mini-boot camp workout – in the parking lot behind the “mushroom” pool – and then run to St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Again, a mini-boot camp will commence before departing to Walter Elisha Park.
The event route will allow for approximately 9 total miles of running and two mini-boot camp workouts. Participants will need to coordinate in groups to park at Walter Elisha and Tega Cay. All paces and levels of ability are welcome. We would love to share this experience with current FiA members as well as any newly interested ladies! Feel free to do one or two segments if you don’t want to do all 9 miles.

We will have directions from one location to other. This is perfect timing for P70 training.

Instead of asking Why would I participate in this silly event, ask yourself Why not?!?
Tega Cay Elementary to Front Street/Mushroom Pool – 3.23 miles
Front Street/Mushroom Pool to St. Philip Neri Church – 3.04 miles
St. Philip Neri Church to Walter Elisha Park – 3.02 miles (includes one lap around park path)
Hope to see you there!

Any chance you have a map of the run course for those not familiar with the area.

I don’t have a map but we will have directions that morning. There are only a few turns so we don’t lose girls.
