The Thang: 3 stations were set up.
Day 2 of FiA NE Tennessee Burpee Challenge! So of course I added into the workout for us to do 5 burpees in between each station.
Everyone did 5 burpees while they looked at the workouts for that station and picked two to do 30 of. We rotated through the stations as many times as we could.
Station 1: Core Body
-Bicycle kicks, Russian Twists, Plank Jacks, or Inch worm
Station 2: Upper Body
-Tricep Dips, Lateral Plank Walk, Plank & Rick/Twist, or Plank Ups
Station 3: Lower Body
-Step Ups, Lunge & Squat, Lunge & Punch, or Skater Lunge/ Courtsey Lunge
I feel like a lot of times in life I get so wrapped up in my weekly to-do list and I feel like I don’t have the time, money, or energy to host a party or do something special for a friend. So I thought this message would be a good reminder for everyone who is like me and isn’t necessarily Amazing at hosting events or doesn’t have the pinterest perfect house in order to have beautiful pictures to put on facebook. I feel like everyone has their moments when they get so wrapped up in their normal every day life or they get worried about the party not being perfect that they don’t feel like hosting and having friends or family over.

Use a genuine heart for hospitality. Most of all, enjoy being with your friends and family.
