15 PAX for a great Tabata start to our Saturday

Warmed up with arm circles, cotton pickers and toy soldiers in cadence.

20:10 Tabata
Do each exercise 20:10 8 times, one minute rest then move to the next exercise.

1. Squats
2. Push-Ups
3. Flutter Kicks
4. Skaters
5. Plank with a shoulder tap
6. Xs and Os
7. Sumo Squats
8. Mountain Climbers
9. Russian Twist
10. Burpees

Finished with an Indian Run around the soccer field, it took almost two times around to get through everybody in the line.
