The Terminal BB: Keep Yo Hands Warm

I am not going to lie, I was hoping to be lone wolf today and head over to the warm gym to workout. Luckily there were 2 pax waiting for probably the coldest workout we’ve encountered, 15 degrees! We used rubber gloves under our gloves, an old trick a couple ladies recommended. It worked pretty well after about 10 minutes of cold….

The Thang-

The only way to warm up was to get moving, so we ran the route 66 down Globe to Brier Creek to the basketball court. Each light post we did a tuck jump, and added one jump for each pole we hit. We were officially warm.
