Temp was Down, Humidity was Up

Don’t let the lower temperature fool you.  That rain shower brought the temp down but the humidity was way up.  It was so bad, we were enjoying the ‘breeze’ we created when we did the squat jumps!

Warm Up

arm circles 20 IC front and back
high knees 20
seal claps 20
through the tunnels 10

The Thang:
She’s Got Legs
100 squats
90 walking lunges
80 mountain climbers
70 sumo squats
60 calf raises
50 glute bridges
40 curtsy lunges
30 bench step ups
20 squat jumps
10 burpees

Lower ab tabata 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest
double leg lifts
reverse crunches
flutter kicks
elbow to knee
jack knife sit up
leg pull in (lemon squeezes)

The Accumulator (each round add the next exercise and then repeat all previous exercises)
10 pushups
10 jump squats, 10 pushups
10 overhead triceps, 10 jump squats, 10 pushups
10 squat w/side kick (continue repeat as above)
10 bicep curls
10 jumping jacks
10 shoulder presses
10 bicycle crunches
10 glute bridges
