Temperatures in the teens didn’t slow down this dedicated PAX! We kept a rucksack on for the workout today with ladies carrying 10-30 pounds. We ran 110’s on the track and at each 100 we did 10 of the assigned exercise. We switched to a new exercise after each revolution. The exercises were:

  1. burpees with a push up
  2. standing oblique crunches
  3. jump squats
  4. push ups
  5. curtsy lunges
  6. plank jacks
  7. star jumps. We stretched on our own and ended with the COT and a sweaty hug!
