Warmup:

  • Head rolls
  • Arm circles
  • Windmills
  • TTT
  • Side reach
  • Side twists
  • Knee to chests
  • Foot to butt

Workout:

Dora workout with PAX 1 starting with the stationary workout and PAX 2 starting with the mobile workout. They switch once PAX 2 returns and keep going/alternating until the goal number in parentheses is met. 

PAX 1 (stationary) PAX 2 (mobile)
Boxes (100) Forward lunges (mod up with a lunge jump)
Russian twists (200) Side lunges
Butt ups (150) Jump squats (mid down with squat and step)
Cross crunches (150) Side lunges
Reverse crunches or Vups (200) Forward lunges (mod up with a lunge jump)

*ran out of time and did not get to complete the final exercise

Cooldown:

  • Child’s pose
  • Side stretch in child’s pose
  • Downward dog
  • Cobra
  • Calf stretch
  • Arm over chest
  • Arms behind back
  • Reach up
