COPPER HEAD SQUATS- (IC X 15)

THE THANG:

Split Group in Half- Small lap-  1/2 in different directions- first 2 PAX to meet stop and Plank until all PAX arrive

5 Burpees- On your own (OYO), continue back to start (Plank until all PAX arrive)

7’s PARKING LOT

1/2 PAX RUN PARKING LOT WHILE OTHER 1/2 PAX DO AN EXERCISE

RUN PARKING LOT – 7 times while other 1/2 PAX – IMPERIAL WALKER SQUATS

RUN PARKING LOT- 6 times while other 1/2 PAX- SMURF JACKS

RUN PARKING LOT- 5 times while  other 1/2 PAX- MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

RUN PARKING LOT- 4 times while other 1/2 PAX- MONEY HUMPERS

RUN PARKING LOT- 3 times while other 1/2 PAX- PLANK JACKS

RUN PARKING LOT- 2 times while other 1/2 PAX- LBSs

RUN PARKING LOT- 1 time while other 1/2 PAX- BURPEES

 

CLOSE OUT WITH STRETCHING, NAME O RAMA AND PRAYER
