Warm-up: Head rolls, big arm circles, torso twists, toy soldiers, through the tunnel

The Thang: PAX split up w/max 4 per station. Set up tabata timer for 22 sec exercise / 10 sec rest and 20 sec transition from station to station. Get your sweat on!

   

Cool Down:  Few minutes of various stretches.
