It has been so muggy here in Florida. Working out outside has been extra challenging, but seven us gathered for a little Tabata Tuesday.
30 seconds shuffle (3 steps right) and lift knee in circular motion and back to left
30 seconds lunge with left leg back and left arm up (alternate)
30 seconds inhale with big round arms up and exhale down to plank
We did seven Tabata sets of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest four times each. In between each set, there was 45 seconds to squat with weights to the end of the pad and back to mat. There was enough time to grab water, too!
Inchworm with upright row
180 degree squat
Push up with alternating row
Superwoman to plank
Squat to lunge – when going back to squat put elbow to thigh
Mountain climber x4 to burpee
Tough Jack (left arm to left thigh – alternate)
Overhead tricep extension
Dumbbell pec fly with knees up
Squat with weighted punch
Cool down was same as warm up.
Walk one lap.
