Warmup: jog a slow lap around the track
The Thang: go through each group of exercises 4x. 20 seconds for each exercise with a 10sec break in between
1.Cardio circuit: Burpees, Jumping Jacks, Star Jumps, Squat Jumps
2. Upper Body: Push ups, Supermans, Diamond Pushups, Tricep dips
3. Lower Body: Plie squats with calf raises, Skaters, Donkey kicks (left), Donkey kicks (right)
4. Core: Russian twists, Mountain climbers, moving plank (up/down), V-Ups
Cool Down: jog a slow lap around the track
