Tabata-rama

11 PAX met in the rain at the Playground for a nice tabata workout. We did, however, move under the shelter so we wouldn’t melt.

1 hard core FNG came and held her own with the PAX. Welcome, Fruity Pebbles!

The Thang

Tabata (45 second exercise, 15 second break/switch) – we did 3 rounds

  1. Elbow series (hit with elbow to the front and then side)
  2. Squeel-billies (squatted ragedy ann- touch elbows to knees)
  3. Peter Parker
  4. Squat kick-back
  5. Gorilla humpers (like monkey humpers, but WIDE)
  6. Tricep kickbacks (options: no weight, 1 lb weight, 5 lb weight)
  7. Merkins
  8. Sneaky Lunges (lunges on toes)

ABs

  • Parker Peters (20 total)
  • LBCs (30IC)
  • Dying cockroaches (15IC)
  • Parker Peters (20 total)
