Boy Howdy! I was super happy to see all the smiling faces of my fellow FiAs this morning and then I told them that they were going to be my Guinea Pigs for the workout I was presenting to my class that afternoon. As always, they were troopers and worked out harder than the 20 somethings in my class!
Jumping Jacks – IC 20
High Steppers – IC 15
Butt Kickers – IC 10
Because my class at school has almost 30 students in it, I decided to go with a Tabata workout for them. The workout I created for my class had 10 cycles in it, but we were only able to get 7 cycles completed for our FiA workout (only 45 minutes vs. 1 hour). Anywho, each cycle consisted of 2 exercises that would work the same area for that cycle. Each cycle had 8 sets that were 20 seconds with a 10 second rest between sets.
We finished the workout with some stretching.

After so much devastation caused by Hurricane Florence, I ask that we keep everyone affected by this storm in our thoughts and prayers. Also, please keep Shortstick (daughter of Fullback and Michelob) in our thoughts and prayers as they seek an answer to what is causing her illness. Shouting out to Double Paradiddle – we miss you and hope that you are back with us soon!!
As always, have an awesome week and lots of love to you all.
