Swole in the Circle

Eight ladies joined me for our weekly Friday get swole session. I don’t have much color commentary today.

Warm up –

30 seconds of each of the following:
Jumping Jacks
Butt Kickers
Arm Circles forward
Arm Circles backwards
High Knees
Michael Phelps
Air Press
Windmills

The Thang
5 stations, 2 minutes at each station, 3 rounds
1 – Chest Fly/Chest Press
2 – Alt Lunge with bicep curl
3 – 5 Push Ups/15 dips
4 – Front Shoulder Raise/Side Shoulder Raise
5 – walking Bridge with weights

We finished up with baby shark abs – doo doo doo doo doo doo

Prayers and Praises
Pixel – Sister having baby as we were circled up & old the wife of her old boss is also having a baby and the relationship there
BB – Wisdom and discernment for personal relationship
Felix – prayers for her boys
