Swimming through Circuits

  • When: 07/02/2018
  • Q: Hoops
  • Pax: Twin Cruiser, Golden, Hipster, Teacup, Bethany Lannon, Liz Wilson, Thumbs, Elvis, Regroup

Warm Up: Indian Run around the parking lot.

We did 9 exercises, 3 rounds (modify as needed):

Round 1: 10 reps each

  1. 30 seconds squats and punches (option to use weights)
  2. Lunges with Bicep Curls
  3. 30 Second Plank
  4. Tricep Dips
  5. 30 second Jumping Jacks
  6. Push Ups
  7. 30 Seconds Bicycle crunches
  8. Lumberjacks (each side)
  9. 30 seconds jump rope

Run to the light pole.

Repeat Round 2: 12 reps each

Repeat Round 3: 15 reps each
