Warm up

30 jumping jacks

The Thang: (The aim to go 21 rounds but getting to 16 was hard!)

1Pulse squats (pulse for 3 while low, come up=1)

1Burpees

1Sit ups/crunches

Tuck jumps while waiting on other pax

2Sit ups/crunches

Tuck jumps while waiting on other pax

Repeat all the way to 21 reps of each exercise

(To make it harder and mix it up, after round 11 and 15 they had to run around the playground once and do 5 box jump on the bench and then on 13 they had to shuffle around the playground once then turn and do another lap).

 

These ladies did incredibly and pushed themselves! Overall we did 136 burpees, sit-ups and pulse squats!! We are definitely gonna see it tomorrow.

 

We ended with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama and a quote that said:

Fia has been a constant for me since the beginning and I can tell I am getting stronger, more fit and healthier and that is a success to me. Keep pushing ladies to be the best version you can be!
