It has been a good while since I made it to a Saturday morning workout. Today’s workout was a Tabata style with a quick ab workout to finish it off. It was hot (HOT!) and humid this morning. Safe to say we all had sweat pouring off our elbows and down our legs.
20 seconds on/10 seconds off. Each set 4 times.

10 pushups-> 30 sec plank-> 15 sec side plank-> 30 sec reverse plank-> 15 sec side plank (other side)-> 30 sec plank-> 10 pushups
