The Thang: Countdown workout (1 pax did 8 of exercise, partner did 16 of the other, then switch… then 7-14, 6-12, until we counted down to 1)
Round 1: burpees and squats (we started with 8, because 55 burps sounded like too much, but 36 each was manageable )😉
After finishing… planks
Lap around Colosseum: lunges halfway, high knees halfway
Round 2: in-outs and jacks (started with 10 and 20 and counted down)
Walk/Run to stairs
Round 3: Run up and down stairs and mountain climbers. (started with 8-16) PAX were not very happy with Q here. 🏔
Tricep dips on curb
Side lunges back to mats
Round 4: Pushups and skaters (started with 10-20)
COT: Prayers for our friends who are injured/hurt/sick/recovering… safe travels… a safe delivery and healthy mom/baby for coworker… good medical reports… anything I forgot I apologize. THANKS for another great workout in the sunshine today.
