So…we actually completed this same workout last December.  And we could all agree, this workout in December vs this workout in the humidity-infested month of August, made a HUGE difference–but we did it!!!!!

 

Warm up:

 

20 squats

20 butt kicks

20 high knees

20 seal jacks

3 burpees

 

Tha Thang:

 

21-15-9

Burpees

Thrusters

 

5 Rounds:

 

-bear crawl down to tree line

-broad jump back (every 5 broad jumps, complete 3 burpees)

(you’re welcome to the tall girls–less burpees for you 😉 )

 

Complete x 2:

 

Run 400m

25 pushups

25 slinkies

Run 400m

25 sumo deadlift high pulls

25 hip thrusters

I love love loved seeing more girls today at this workout!  What a great turnout.  This one was super hard, but you did it (me including, WHEW)!

 

We are super proud of our Greenville Little League Team in the LLWS!!!  YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!  And Wimpy, great job on helping lead this great group of talented guys to Williamsport.  We will be rooting for you ALL THE WAY!!!!  You make FiAENC and F3ENC so proud!!!
