Warm Up: jumping jacks & cherry pickers

Work Out:

  • run 1 loop around WEP
  • 1st circuit:
    • 20 squats with side leg lift, alt sides
    • 20 down dog abs, 10 reps each side
    • 20 elbow plank with twist, 10 reps each side
  • 2nd circuit:
    • 5 beach babe push ups (leg goes out when push up goes down) 5 reps each side
    • 20 twisted mountain, alt sides
    • 15 Bulgarian split squats, each side (1 leg on curb, like a squat)
  • 3rd circuit:
    • 10 superwoman push ups
    • 15 butterfly crunches
    • 20 marching band bridge, alt sides
  • run 2nd loop around WEP
  • complete circuits 1-3 again
  • End with abs: alphabet, X&O
