It sure doesn’t feel like Christmas!

While the holidays are quickly approaching, it certainly didn’t feel like Christmas with the nearly 60 degree temps this morning!  Q forgot music (again), and since no one volunteered to sing, it was a quiet morning, except for the occasional shout out to Flossy’s husband who was running at the park.  We did take a moment to listen to Rudolph, and were thankful that Benjamin Button wasn’t having us do burpees each time “dreidel” was said in a Hanukkah song.

Warm Up: Run around shelter 3 times, Toy Soldiers, Small to Big Arm Circles, Swimmers

The Thang:

Circuit #1 – 50 second work, 10 second rest/move to next station.  Do circuit twice with no break in between rounds.

  1. bicep curls
  2. mountain climbers
  3. pushups
  4. jump rope
  5. tricep kickbacks
  6. jumping jacks
  7. upright rows
  8. hula hoop

 

Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer – Run in place throughout, every time you hear the words below, do the move.

Rudolph – Squat

Reindeer – Burpee

Santa or Christmas – Jumping Jack

 

Circuit #2 – 50 second work, 10 second rest/move to next station.  Do circuit twice with no break in between rounds.

  1. small arm circles
  2. mountain climbers
  3. reverse flys
  4. up and down stairs
  5. lateral raises
  6. jumping jacks
  7. front raises
  8. hula hoop

 

Abs:

1 min Side plank (switch sides at 30 sec)

1 min Plank
