While the holidays are quickly approaching, it certainly didn’t feel like Christmas with the nearly 60 degree temps this morning! Q forgot music (again), and since no one volunteered to sing, it was a quiet morning, except for the occasional shout out to Flossy’s husband who was running at the park. We did take a moment to listen to Rudolph, and were thankful that Benjamin Button wasn’t having us do burpees each time “dreidel” was said in a Hanukkah song.
Warm Up: Run around shelter 3 times, Toy Soldiers, Small to Big Arm Circles, Swimmers
Circuit #1 – 50 second work, 10 second rest/move to next station. Do circuit twice with no break in between rounds.
Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer – Run in place throughout, every time you hear the words below, do the move.

Santa or Christmas – Jumping Jack
