We moved this inside so some changes were made to the running portion.
Warm-up: jog 1 lap around the soccer field
Dynamic warm-up: 2x each
-walking lunges, frankensteins, carioca, high knees, butt kicks
1st Quarter: 10 min total
-pushups, tricep dips, plank pikes, burpees 10xea (repeat for time)
2nd quarter: 10 min total
-squats, lunges, curtsy lunges, bridges 10xea
Half time: 1 lap around the soccer field (we had some fun with the theraballs)
3rd quarter: 10 mins total
-side plank right, plank, side plank left, reverse plank (1 min hold each)
4th quarter: 10 mins total
-jump squats, carioca, plank shoulder taps, 10sec sprint (10xea except sprint)
