We were a fabulous 4 this morning to get the workout done. Missing several of our regulars temporarily-we are sending love to them all from the old parking lot today! So happy to have Sherri back-we’ve missed you Dribble!
Here’s the dirty:
Warm Up: High Knees, Torso Twist with Arm Extension, Arm circles, Hip Circles, Run back parking lot
We then did our Super Sets-60 seconds of exercise 1, 5-10 second break and then a 30 second burn-out exercise (focusing on the body parts worked in the previous exercise). We made it thru the whole thing once and then about 1/3 of the way the second time around!
Good to get it in early today! Shower for Diver at Tech’s Sunday 3-5! Come celebrate our new FiA babe!
