Warm up in front of statue as everyone showed up.
Buddy trail run (two or three to a group that stays together on the run)
First stop- playground area for 20 toes to bar on the swing set as a buddy team
Second stop- bottom of the switch back hill at the edge of the water for 50- 4count flutter kicks
Third stop- under the pavilion by the water for 2- 1 minute planks
Run up the giant hill (gut check) and make our way back to the statue for cool down stretching.
Everyone kicked A$! today, even if they didn’t feel like it when we started, they were happy when we finished.
