Suicides and 45 burpees

It got cold again, ya’ll! I was aiming for shorter bursts of running to keep us warm at the Block on Friday morning!

Warm up:

10 Cherry Pickers/Toy Soliders/Wind Mills

 

I placed three cones length wise down the parking lot for a suicide based work out.

 

1st round:

Run to first cone, do 20 jumping jacks

Run to 2nd cone, do 10 boat canoes

Run to 3rd cone, do 5 Push ups

REPEAT entire round three times

 

2nd round:

Run to first cone, do 15 inch worms

Run to 2nd cone, do 10 sit ups

Run to 3rd cone, do 20 jumping jacks

REPEAT entire round three times

 

3rd round: (the best round!)

Run to first cone, do 5 burpees

Run to second cone, do 5 burpees

Run to third cone, do 5 burpees

REPEAT entire round three times for a total of 45 burps (woot woot)

 

We ran one more lap of suicides just for fun.
