String of Pearls redux

Recycled an oldie but goodie this morning because I feel like we’re glued to our yoga mats at the bottom of the steps all the time. This was my way of forcing us to get out and explore the statehouse grounds.

UTH/DTH slow to get things moving
20 Jacks

Arm Circles

Station 1 (Front of the house):
Bear Crawl to the street
Jog back
Rinse and repeat

Jog to the side of the house
Station 2
20 Lunges with a kick
10 Jump Squats
Rinse and repeat

Jog to round up
Station 3
10 push ups
20 Tri Dips
rinse and repeat

Jog to back of the house
Station 4
Single leg dead lifts up the steps
Sprint to the street/jog back
Single leg dead lifts up the steps

Jog to the side of the house
Station 5
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Boat Canoes
10 Russian Twists
Rinse and Repeat

Jog to the front of the house
Lunge walk up the steps

Stretch it out

Stop getting distracted by things that have nothing to do with your goals.

Don’t forget FiA/F3 Social Information Sharing at River Rat on Sunday from 3-5pm. Bring a friend (guy or girl) and come to hang out and introduce them to the best workout group in town!
