Strength Circuit +Cardio Tababta

Warm up:

20 JJ

toy soldiers, gates, arm circles,swimmers

 

The Thang:

Go through strength circuit and cardio tabata . then rinse and repeat 2 more times.

Strength circuit:

45 sec work/15 sec rest

-lunge to knee driver to squat

-bent over row

-curtsy lunge with bicep curl

-push ups

-squat to calf raise

-overhead press

-sumo squat -with or with out weight

-alt. lawn mowers

 

Cardio tabata:

20 sec worl/10 sec rest- 8 rounds

bench step ups

2nd time through- high knees

3rd time through- either one

 

Tabata abs;

20 sec work/10 sec rest- 4 rounds each exercise

-heels to heaven

-bicycle crunch

-in/outs

-plank
