It was a balmy December — yes, you read that right — morning at Falcons Gauntlet. It was supposed to be a business as usual #weightedwednesday but it wan’t even close. The music? 100% Stranger Things soundtrack. The sweat level? Like it was freakin’ May. Because this workout was as fast and furious as Lucas, Dustin, Will and Michael on their 1976-banana seated Schwinns. Woof.


Opening Credits — Warm Up
Alternating Jumping Jacks and Buttkickers for entire song of Hazy Shade of Winter by The Bangles. (Ow.)

Season One
(2 minutes each first round, 1 minute each second round)

Dustin’s Bicycle Crunches (bicycle crunches)
Joyce’s Jumping Jacks (JJ)
Leg-a-gorgons (leg raises)
Mad Max Skaters (skaters)

After both rounds…
Visit the Upside Down (Run the full ramp backwards twice)

Season Two

Toe Hoppers (curb or standing)
Tunnel Climbers (Mountain Climbers)
Steve’s Squat Jumps (Squats or squat jumps)
