STEP BY STEP

Happy Saturday!  We did a full body workout on this rainy Saturday morning. We completed four rounds of exercises that targeted different areas.  Each exercise one minute.

WARM-UP:

  • quad stretch
  • arm circles
  • Frankenstein’s
  • inch worms

ROUND ONE “SHE’S GOT LEGS” (each workout one min.)

  • high knees
  • wall sit
  • calf raises
  • mountain climbers
  • side lunge

ROUND TWO “WIDDLE THE MIDDLE”

  • Russian twists
  • back extensions
  • alternating heal touches
  • little baby crunches
  • plank

ROUND THREE ” TOTALLY TANK TOP”

  • shoulder taps
  • push-up’s
  • tricep dips
  • Carolina dry docks
  • shoulder raises

ROUND FOUR “BABY GOT BACK”

  • hip bridges
  • donkey kicks
  • fire hydrants
  • sumo squats
  • bow pose ( ya know beehive loves that yoga)

COOL DOWN:

  • shoulder stretch
  • chest stretch
  • runners lunge
  • hamstring stretch
  • cat / cow ( there’s that yoga again)

Great job ladies! So glad I got to kick my Saturday off with these gals!
