We warmed up with an indian run on the track. The Thang:
1 lap then 50 walking lunges
1 lap then 40 air squats
1 lap then 30 push ups
1 lap then 20 burpees
1 lap then 10 v ups ( hold for 10 counts) Ok, so we didn’t “stay on track” the entire time! We finished with a beep test. We all agreed this was best when fully warmed up which we definitely were. We finished with this Maya Angelou quote: A woman in harmony with her spirit is like a river flowing.
