Stations Galore

A cloudy, red sky morning to start our workout.

Warm up:

Jumping jacks – 15 in cadence

Arm circle of pain – forward, backward rolls, cherry pickers, drop the cherries, overhead claps

Butt kickers – 15 in cadence

High knees – 15 in cadence

jog around the Jungle Gym

Station workout for 20 minutes:

Tricep Dips – 20

Mountain Climbers = 20 counting on one leg

Plie squats – 20, alternating between first and second positioin

Partner sit – back to back for a count of 40 (same as wall sit, we just don’t have a wall at this surface!)

Standard Squat = 20

Curtsy Squats = 10 each leg

Push Ups – 15

Burpees = 10

Movement between stations was alternating from walking lunges to shuffle.

Ab work:

Wide leg (or X) full sit up – 15

Butterflies – 20

Russian Twists – 20

Plank – 1 minute

Closed the morning with a prayer poem that :”Bear” Bryant carried in his pocket and read each day:
